• Messaging tools for tourists and experts to communicate

User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old to create an account

Tourist Responsibilities

As a tourist using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information and requirements
• Treat experts with respect and professionalism
• Arrive on time for scheduled experiences
• Pay for services as agreed upon booking

Expert Responsibilities

As an expert on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information and service descriptions
• Deliver services professionally and as described
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Bookings and Services

Bookings made through our platform create a direct arrangement between tourists and experts. PickMe acts as an intermediary to facilitate these connections but is not a party to the services provided by experts.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms for our platform:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• PickMe charges a platform fee on completed bookings
• Refund policies are subject to cancellation terms

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

• Tourists may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund
• Experts must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Engaging in any illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Attempting to circumvent the platform for direct payments

Limitation of Liability

PickMe provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by experts. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PickMe harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PickMe is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
